Dual-Station AC Type 2 & DC CCS2 Charging Gun Comprehensive Testing System
Product Information:
This test system is designed for the functional inspection of AC Type 2 and DC CCS2 charging connector cable assemblies. Each charging connector can be assigned a unique QR code, and all test results are automatically saved into reports for full traceability.
The system performs all required tests automatically in a single cycle, significantly improving efficiency and reducing labor requirements. It is especially suitable for 100% inspection in mass production environments.
Test Functions:
• Open circuit, continuity, short circuit, and wire sequence misalignment test for each wire
• Main conductor continuity resistance test
• Built-in resistor test (including both button-pressed and button-released conditions)
• Insulation resistance test between conductors
• Withstand voltage test between conductors
• Thermocouple wire test
